Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within Fredericksburg, VA and the surrounding areas is included in all wedding package pricing. For weddings and sessions located outside of this area, a travel fee of $40 per hour of round-trip travel time will be added. If your package includes a second photographer, an additional $20 per hour of round-trip travel time will be applied for their travel as well.
For destination weddings or events that require overnight accommodations, travel costs will be discussed and customized on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to provide complete transparency from the beginning, so you'll always know exactly what to expect before booking.
Do you travel for weddings outside of Virginia?
I absolutely love to. I am always excited for the opportunity to explore new places and document love stories wherever they take place. Whether your wedding is close to home or somewhere completely new, I am honored to come alongside you and capture your day wherever God leads you.
Can I customize a wedding package to fit my needs?
Yes, absolutely. I offer elopement packages that are charged hourly and include a few simple restrictions, and I also allow add-ons to my current wedding packages. Every love story looks different, so I’m always happy to hear your vision and work together to create something that fits your day perfectly.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Final gallery delivery timelines vary by package. Memories and Legacy packages are delivered within one month to ensure each image receives the quality and care it deserves. Heirloom packages are delivered within 45 days.
